Hi. I'm Francesco Facchinato, a Senior Product Designer for complex digital products and systems.
I design complex digital products and systems where users, business rules, data, workflows and technology must work together.
My work spans B2B SaaS, enterprise software, regulated journeys and multi-role platforms. I contribute from discovery and Product Strategy through UX/UI, Design Systems and delivery, working closely with Product and Engineering.
Selected work includes a B2B platform that grew from €0.5M to €8.4M in annual revenue during my involvement, and an InsurTech journey that reached 3.7% conversion after research-led iterations.
My practice increasingly includes functional prototyping, component-based interfaces and AI-assisted design-to-code workflows.

Beyond my profession, I'm a curious person who loves to explore the world in different ways. I enjoy adventures like skydiving and surfing, but I also appreciate nature, science, and simple moments. Whether it's documentaries, manga comics, sci-fi movies, or fantasy stories, travels, new cultures or foods, I love anything that sparks my imagination and gives me new ideas. In short, I'm always up for learning and having new experiences!
